At Berkshire on The Ocean, our dedicated staff is committed to meeting your every need. We hold our owners and guests in high regard, which is why we have established Resort Guidelines and Procedures to ensure your comfort, safety, and enjoyment during your stay.
Upon check-in, all guests must present a valid photo ID and any relevant documents from exchange networks such as RCI or GEO Holiday Club. Additionally, a credit card security deposit of $250.00 is required for all transient guests (accepted cards: MasterCard, Visa, or American Express). The primary registrant must be at least 21 years old, and we strictly enforce a maximum occupancy of four persons per unit. Please note that pets are not permitted, and our resort is designated as a smoke-free environment, which includes tobacco, vapes, THC, or any other product that adversely affects the health and cleanliness of our owners and guests.
